Terms of service
Last updated September 14, 2026
These are the terms you agree to by using OfferFlow. They are short and in plain English. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data and is part of these terms.
1. What OfferFlow is
OfferFlow is a mobile app that helps you run a job search: it finds people worth emailing at the firms you are targeting, drafts emails in your voice, sends the ones you choose from your own Gmail, reminds you to follow up once, and helps you book calls. It is a tool that works on your behalf. You are the one sending every email.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google or Apple account. Keep that account secure; anything sent through OfferFlow comes from your Gmail address and under your name. You must be at least 13 to use the app, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Every email is yours
- The app drafts; you decide. Nothing is sent until you tap Send on that specific email after seeing its full text. There is no auto-send, no scheduled send, and no bulk send.
- You are responsible for what you send. Read every draft before sending it. The app writes from the facts you gave it, but you are the one signing your name to it, so check that it is accurate and that you are comfortable with it.
- Emails go out through your Gmail, so Google's own rules and sending limits apply to your account as well as ours. The app limits how many emails you can send per day; you can lower that limit in settings.
4. What you agree not to do
- Do not use the app to send spam, bulk marketing, or anything unsolicited beyond a genuine, individual note to a person you have a real reason to contact about your career.
- Do not harass anyone, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to stop. One follow-up after no reply is the app's default and the spirit of these terms.
- Do not put false claims in your emails: about your school, your experience, who referred you, or anything else.
- Do not upload a connections file that is not your own, and do not use the app to scrape or collect data from LinkedIn or any other site. Your LinkedIn data export is yours to use under LinkedIn's terms; the app never touches LinkedIn itself.
- Do not try to get around the app's limits, break its security, or use it in a way that harms other users or the services it relies on.
- Do not resell the app or use it to send on behalf of anyone but yourself.
If you break these rules we can suspend or close your account. If you have a good-faith question about whether something is allowed, ask us first.
5. Your content
Your resume, your connections file, your notes, your emails, and your settings are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as far as needed to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy. We claim no ownership of any of it.
6. Services we rely on
The app uses outside services to work: Google (sign-in, Gmail, Calendar), Anthropic (drafting), Apollo (people search), Kickbox or ZeroBounce (address verification), Supabase (hosting), and Apple and Expo (app distribution). Each has its own terms, and your use of Gmail and Calendar through the app is also governed by Google's terms for your Google account. If one of these services changes or becomes unavailable, parts of the app may stop working until we replace it.
7. What we do not promise
- No promise of replies, calls, interviews, or jobs. The app makes outreach easier and more disciplined; the outcome depends on you and on the people you contact.
- Drafts are suggestions written by software from the facts you provided. They can be wrong. Read them.
- People-search results and suggested email addresses come from outside data and can be out of date or wrong. The app verifies an address exists before letting you send to it, but verification is not perfect.
- The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and during the pilot it will change often.
8. Pilot
OfferFlow is currently a free pilot with a small group of students. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and we may end the pilot or the service with reasonable notice. If we ever introduce paid plans, we will tell you clearly before anything costs money.
9. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which during the free pilot is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using the app at any time, disconnect Gmail and Calendar from your Google account settings, and ask us to delete your account and data (see the privacy policy). We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
