Hi Avery,
I'm a junior at Florida State studying finance, and I grew up in Tampa too. Last spring I built the valuation model for our Student Investment Fund's two healthcare picks.
Would you have 15 minutes for a call in the next few weeks? I'd love to hear how you got to Kestrel Point.
Best,
Riley

Gets better as you go
It learns how you write.
Change an email once and OfferFlow asks whether to do the same next time. Or just tell FlowAI.
Edit once. It remembers.
Change a greeting, a sign-off or a sentence before you send, and OfferFlow asks if that's how you want every email. Yes keeps it. No doesn't. Nothing you write is used to train an AI model.

Tell FlowAI once and every email follows: first emails, follow-ups, thank-yous. Ask it who's waiting on you, too. It never sends anything.

Questions
Is it free during early access?
Yes. There's nothing to pay during early access.
Does it work on iPhone and web?
iPhone now, through Apple's TestFlight while early access is open. The web version is coming soon.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes, starting with your resume. You connect your email during setup or when you send your first one, and a free Apollo account during setup or the first time you open Find. OfferFlow walks you through both.
Does it work for consulting and other fields?
Yes. Find covers finance, consulting, accounting, real estate, tech, sales, marketing and media, sports, healthcare, law and engineering, and each email is written for the field of the person you're writing to.
Will it sound like AI?
You read and edit every email before it goes. It's written from your resume and your real reason for writing, in short, plain sentences, and it never makes up facts about you. When you change an email, it can learn from that for next time.
How do you find their email?
From an Apollo unlock, from the public web, from the firm's email format when it has worked for people there before, or from the most likely format when nothing is proven yet. The app tells you which. If a first email bounces, you'll know, and trying the next address is one tap. Our privacy policy names every service involved.
Is my Gmail safe?
OfferFlow sends only the emails you tap Send on, from your own Gmail. It reads only the replies in threads it started for you, never the rest of your inbox, and doesn't store their words. Your Google connection is stored encrypted, you can disconnect it in the app at any time, and your data is never sold or used to train AI. The details are just below and in our privacy policy.
Do I need anything else?
A free Apollo.io account, created with your university email address. OfferFlow walks you through connecting it during setup. That's where Find searches.
Your Google account
What OfferFlow can see, and why
OfferFlow works inside your own Gmail and Google Calendar instead of sending from some other address. The app explains each permission before Google asks, and you can disconnect at any time.
Send email on your behalf
Sends the one message you approved, from your address, with your resume attached if you chose to attach it: right away when you tap Send it, or at the time you picked when you tapped Schedule.
Read your email
Reads only the replies in threads OfferFlow started for you, so it can tell you who answered, show you the reply, and pick out any times they proposed. It does not search or read the rest of your mailbox.
See your availability
Checks only whether times are free or busy on the days being offered, so the times you suggest are times you can take. It never sees what your events are.
Add events to your calendar
Creates the call you agreed to, with the invite, after you confirm the time, then reads back only that invite to see whether they accepted. It does not read or change your other events.
