How your emails are written

Write first emails like my ownswitch
First emails follow the emails you pasted. Paste one of your emails adds one.
How they soundonce you told FlowAI
What you told FlowAI about your style, with Back to how the app writes them.
Start and end
The greeting (Hi, Hello, Hey, Dear, Good morning, Good afternoon, or just their name) and the sign-off (Best, Thanks, Thank you, Best regards, Kind regards or Cheers). The signature, with Change signature.
Learn from my editsswitch
The changes you make to drafts teach it your style, for your drafts only, with names, emails, numbers and links removed first. Each rule it learned is listed, with Remove.
The ask
How your emails ask for the call. Emails never name a call length.
Email wording for each field
The starting wording for first emails, follow-ups and thank-yous.

Change a greeting or sign-off on an email and Today asks once, like "Sign off with “Thanks, Riley” from now on?" Yes keeps it for every email, No doesn't. If you haven't already said OK to Claude, which covers it, Today asks after your first send whether your drafts can learn how you write: Turn it on or Not now.

Follow-ups and calls

Follow up on
Any day from 2 to 30. A reply at any point stops it.
Move to Archive on
Always after the follow-up. It sends nothing, and you can bring them back.
A second follow-upoff unless you turn it on
Optional. A third email almost never helps.
Call length
15, 20, 30 or 45 minutes. Emails never name a length.
Calendar invite title
The title of the invites you send.
Emails a day, your goal
The goal on Today, from 3 to 25.
Apollo unlocks a day
Your own ceiling: 10, 15 or 25.

Before 7 AM, from 7 PM and on weekends, their time, Send offers 10:30 AM their time. One first email per firm a week, unless the two people are in different groups; you can override it on the email.

Notifications

A switch for every alert: replies, invite answers, a call in 30 minutes, the thank-you after a call, follow-up ready, out of office, bounced emails, scheduled emails, a streak reminder at 3 PM, calls tomorrow at 7 PM, and the morning brief at the time you pick. All notifications turns them all off. From 10 PM to 7 AM your time, alerts wait for your morning brief. A call reminder, a declined invite and a new time they propose come right away.
