OfferFlow

How-to guides

Getting started

Sign in, answer three questions, and Find opens with people to write to. Your resume is optional, and no email goes out without your tap.

Drawn from the app, with made-up people and firms.

  1. Tap Continue with Google. A page titled "Gmail and Calendar" says what Google will ask for, and Show me exactly explains each line. Tap Continue with Google.
  2. Pick the Google account you email from. On Google's screen, tap Select all, then Continue. Signed in before? Google signs you straight in.
  3. If Google shows "Google hasn't verified this app", tap Advanced, then Go to OfferFlow (unsafe).

You can also sign in with Apple. Pick Share My Email, then connect Gmail or Outlook before your first email: Send shows you how.

Three questions

One question a screen, with dots showing how far you are. Back goes to the one before.

OK, use Claude turns it on, and your drafts also learn from the changes you make. Not now works too: your emails then come from a template. Change it any time in Settings › Privacy and Claude.

Apollo, where Find searches

Find asks once: "Connect Apollo to see people". Apollo is completely free, takes about 2 minutes, and you never need to open it again. The Find guide has the steps.

Your email

Signed in with Google? Gmail and Calendar are connected as you sign in. Signed in with Apple, or left a box unticked? Send asks before your first email, with Connect Gmail or Outlook, and a strip at the top of the app reminds you. Nothing can send until it is connected.
